Super Circuit & Weight training

We keep our equipment pleasing to the eye (we have everything painted in WHITE with BLACK upholstery). It is hygienic and spotless.

Our cleaners wipe down each machine at least 3 times per day with an industrial antiseptic solution.

There are also paper roll dispensers with antiseptic solution situated at various points in our club. Our suppliers are GYMNETICS the sole importer of LIFEFITNESS EQUIPMENT, which is imported directly from the U.S.A.

All members using ANY FACILTITY  are strongly reminded of the following. We have 2 male floor instructors to assist you, namely ROBERT and CLIVE, USE THEM.

  1. ALL MEMBERS must carry a sweat towel at all times and place same on any piece of equipment BEFORE USE.

  2. SUPER CIRCUIT clients MUST follow the numerical order of the circuit. It has been designed professionally and if a client does not follow the correct sequence he/she risks serious injury. Clients on the super and abdominal circuits are reminded to work to the buzzer i.e. 60 seconds green (work) and 20 seconds change over period. Speed and not weight is essential when circuit training.

  3. CLIENTS are reminded that if , for medical or physical reasons any station has to be missed, the client must “mark time” in front of the station for the full work period. If this is not done the rhythm of the circuit is thrown out. Also clients who witness other clients ”jumping” into the circuits, at whatever stage should report these actions to MIKE OR MEIS IMMEDIATELY

  4. MEMBERS using the “free– weight area are OBLIGATED to replace weights after use. CONSIDERATION WILL BREED CONSIDERATION.

  5. ALL MEMBERS are requested to make sure they understand the full workings of each machine, do not be afraid to ask as much as you like.

  6. PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS are available to every member. These programs have professionally been worked out with the assistance of our medical advisor and a physiotherapist.

  7. IT IS A VERY STRICT CLUB RULE TO WEAR ADEQUATE DEODERANT & CARRY A “SWEAT” TOWEL AT ALL TIMES
